Inge Mahn’s work is included in Force Fields, a new collection presentation at the Kunstmuseum Bonn that transforms the upper floor into a dynamic parcours. Works from the early modern and postwar periods enter into dialogue with contemporary art. The thematic fields range from the body and politics to communal rituals and vulnerability, extending to insights into the microcosm and the macrocosm.

Inge Mahn’s work features in The Sky Was Candy, a group exhibition at Arter, Istanbul. Bringing together works by 24 artists from the museum’s collection, the exhibition approaches the notions of ‘home’ and ‘homeland’ not as an origin, a lost Eden, a foreseeable destination or an immovable site, but rather as a living and constantly evolving relationship to space, time and memory.
